12/13 Indoor Season Finished!!

Our indoor season finished yesterday with both Beverley teams coming away with silverware at Heyva's jubilee cup, with the Beverley Bears winning the overall tournament and the GLB's coming 1st in the plate competition. It was great to add more silverware to the Heyva League winners trophy and a nice end to the season after 3 Final defeats in the Yorkshire cup, HEYVA cup, HEYVA plate and coming runner up on sets difference in the yorkshire premier league.

The summer league started last week and we have 5 pairs entered into what seems is going to be a close fought league this year. Good look to Mavis/Nelson, Foster/Estevez, Cleary/Newton, Shema/Bridges & Pinkus/Davey and remember to sort substitutes out if you can't make it (before the match day)!!

Finally if you want tickets to our end of season party/fundraiser on the 31.05.13 speak to Foster!!

12/13 Season coming to a close!!

All our teams are still in the running for winning trophies, currently the the Yorkshire Premier team are on course for their highest finish to date & are also in the Yorkshire cup final, which is to be played on the 21.04.13 in Leeds - the lads would like everyone's support!

The GLB's are in the running for winning the HEYVA league with both Scunthorpe clubs hoping to spoil the party tomorrow night! GLB's are also in the Heyva Cup final and they play Scunthorpe A on the 02.05.13. Good luck Gents!!

The Bears Have gone from strength to strength since Christmas with Charlie, Olivier, Lewis and Martin all improving greatly to get wins against last season winners Scunthorpe A and Barton, also Not forget Annie Who since joining the team has picked up 4 player of the matches, Hopefully the Bears first season will see them finish mid table in the league and pick up a trophy as they play Holderness Phoenix in the HEYVA Plate final on the 25.04.13

We finish indoors on the 30.04.13, following that we will be having 2's coaching for 3 weeks prior to the 2's league starting.

We also have the jubilee cup on the 21.05.13 and hopefully we will be entering 3 teams from the Club.

And Finally Our Club End of Season Party and Fundraiser night on the 31.05.13 at the Mayfair Hotel is set to be a good one, we have sold 30 tickets already and its well worth the entry fee considering the night of entertainment by the lovely Melodies, raffle prizes and games we have planned!

Good luck and enjoy the rest of season!!!
